- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A fantastic local physiotherapy service run by Jo-Ann Kaye. I recently received treatment for long-term recurring IT-band trouble. I had two incredible deep tissue massages and given some excellent stretches to do in my own time, which have got me back running again (and believe me I was starting to doubt whether I could run again!). Am so grateful to Jo for the treatment. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, and on a Saturday too, which was amazing.
